| 数智供应链的快速发展使得供应链数据呈现出爆发式增长的态势,数据质量成为影响数智供应链运营效率和决策科学性的关键因素。针对数智供应链中存在的多重数据质量风险,基于复杂系统理论,构建数智供应链多重数据质量风险治理的复杂系统模型,运用系统动力学仿真方法,分析数智供应链中数据质量风险的传导机制、演化规律和治理效果。研究结果表明:数智供应链中的数据质量风险具有传导性、耦合性、演化性等复杂系统特征,多重数据质量风险之间存在着显著的耦合效应,单一的风险治理措施难以实现理想的治理效果;应从数据采集、数据传输、数据存储、数据应用等全流程入手,构建多维度、多层次的风险治理体系,加强供应链各主体之间的协同合作,提升数智供应链的数据质量水平,保障数智供应链的稳定高效运营。 |

| The rapid development of smart-digital supply chains has led to an explosive growth of supply chain data, and data quality has become a key factor affecting the operational efficiency and decision-making scientificity of smart-digital supply chains. Aiming at the multiple data quality risks existing in the smart-digital supply chain, based on the complex system theory, this paper constructs a complex system model for the governance of multiple data quality risks in the smart-digital supply chain, and uses the system dynamics simulation method to analyze the transmission mechanism, evolution law and governance effect of data quality risks in the smart-digital supply chain. The research results show that the data quality risks in the smart-digital supply chain have the characteristics of complex systems such as conductivity, coupling and evolution. There is a significant coupling effect between multiple data quality risks, and a single risk governance measure is difficult to achieve the ideal governance effect. We should start from the whole process of data collection, data transmission, data storage and data application, build a multi-dimensional and multi-level risk governance system, strengthen the cooperation between various subjects in the supply chain, improve the data quality level of the smart-digital supply chain, and ensure the stable and efficient operation of the smart-digital supply chain. |
