      金属双极板是质子交换膜燃料电池的核心部件之一,其冲压成形质量直接影响燃料电池的性能和使用寿命。针对金属双极板冲压成形过程中存在的回弹、起皱、破裂等缺陷,提出超声辅助冲压成形工艺,通过有限元仿真软件建立金属双极板冲压成形的有限元模型,分析超声振动对金属双极板冲压成形过程的影响规律,探究不同超声振动参数对成形质量的影响。仿真结果表明,超声辅助冲压可有效降低金属双极板的回弹量,提升成形精度,减少成形缺陷,为金属双极板的实际生产提供理论参考。
英文摘要:
      Metallic bipolar plate is one of the core components of proton exchange membrane fuel cell, and its stamping quality directly affects the performance and service life of fuel cell. Aiming at the defects such as springback, wrinkling and cracking in the stamping process of metallic bipolar plates, an ultrasonic-assisted stamping process is proposed. The finite element model of metallic bipolar plate stamping is established by finite element simulation software, the influence law of ultrasonic vibration on the stamping process of metallic bipolar plates is analyzed, and the influence of different ultrasonic vibration parameters on the forming quality is explored. The simulation results show that ultrasonic-assisted stamping can effectively reduce the springback of metallic bipolar plates, improve the forming accuracy, reduce forming defects, and provide theoretical reference for the actual production of metallic bipolar plates.
