      本研究以断血流总提取物与改性壳聚糖纤维为原料,制备复合敷料,通过大鼠背部皮肤创面模型,探究其对皮肤早期创面愈合的促进作用及相关机制。采用称重法测定改性前后壳聚糖纤维的吸水率,结果表明低温氮气等离子体处理可显著提升壳聚糖纤维的吸水率,复合敷料可有效促进大鼠皮肤创面的早期愈合,其机制可能与促进细胞增殖、胶原沉积及抗炎作用相关。

      In this study, composite dressing was prepared with total extract of Clinopodium chinense (Benth.) O. Kuntze and modified chitosan fibers as raw materials. The promoting effect and related mechanism of the composite dressing on the early healing of skin wounds were investigated through the rat back skin wound model. The water absorption rate of chitosan fibers before and after modification was determined by weighing method. The results showed that low temperature nitrogen plasma treatment could significantly improve the water absorption rate of chitosan fibers. The composite dressing could effectively promote the early healing of rat skin wounds, and the mechanism may be related to promoting cell proliferation, collagen deposition and anti-inflammatory effect.
