| 印染废水中的 Cr (VI) 对环境和人体健康危害极大,而吸附法是重要的去除手段之一。农林生物质具有天然的活性基团和传质通道,是潜在的吸附剂,但粉末状难以回收利用。文章以花生壳 (PS) 生物质为原料,通过负载 Fe₃O₄纳米颗粒制备得到磁性吸附剂 (PS-MA),利用 SEM-EDS、FTIR、XRD、VSM、N₂吸附脱附等手段分析其理化性质,考查 pH 值、投加量、接触时间、初始浓度等对 PS 和 PS-MA 去除 Cr (VI) 的影响,并探究吸附行为和特征。结果表明,Fe₃O₄成功附着于花生壳上,PS-MA 具有超顺磁性,且对 Cr (VI) 的去除性能优于花生壳,吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和 Freundlich 等温模型,为自发进行的吸热反应。文章不仅为印染废水的处理提供了绿色、低成本的解决方案,还能推动生物质资源的综合利用。 |

| Cr(VI) in printing and dyeing wastewater is greatly harmful to the environment and human health, and adsorption is one of the important removal methods. Agroforestry biomass has natural active groups and mass transfer channels and is a potential adsorbent, but powder is difficult to recycle. In this paper, peanut shell (PS) biomass was used as raw material to prepare magnetic adsorbent (PS-MA) by loading Fe₃O₄ nanoparticles. Its physicochemical properties were analyzed by SEM-EDS, FTIR, XRD, VSM and N₂ adsorption-desorption. The effects of pH value, dosage, contact time and initial concentration on Cr(VI) removal by PS and PS-MA were investigated, and the adsorption behavior and characteristics were explored. The results showed that Fe₃O₄ was successfully attached to peanut shells, PS-MA had superparamagnetism, and its removal performance for Cr(VI) was better than that of peanut shells. The adsorption process conformed to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Freundlich isothermal model, which was a spontaneous endothermic reaction. This paper not only provides a green and low-cost solution for the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater, but also promotes the comprehensive utilization of biomass resources. |
