| 文章受鱼骨几何形状的启发,通过鱼骨仿生结构设计方法对一款仿生轮式机器人的外壳进行轻量化设计。仿照鱼类骨骼结构,在外壳上通过镂出特定形状的孔洞形成 “脊椎 — 肋骨” 结构,通过基于有限元的仿真分析,得到外壳在不同孔洞形状及倾斜角度情况下的力学状态,再通过优化算法得到最佳设计方案,并通过与拓扑优化结构对比,验证了仿生结构的可行性。优化后的外壳在不影响使用强度的情况下,相比于原型减重了约 12%,显示出仿生结构在工程轻量化设计中的显著潜力与应用价值。 |

| Inspired by the geometry of fishbone structures, this study proposes a lightweight design approach for the shell of a bionic wheeled robot. By mimicking the skeletal structure of fish, specific hole patterns are introduced into the shell to form a "spine-rib" structure. Finite element simulations are conducted to evaluate the mechanical performance of the shell under various hole shapes and inclination angles. An optimization algorithm is employed to determine the optimal configuration. The feasibility of the proposed design is further validated by comparing it with a topology-optimized structure. The optimized shell achieves a weight reduction of approximately 12% without compromising structural integrity, demonstrating the significant potential and practical value of biomimetic structures in lightweight engineering design. |
